Not only can we provide the much-needed jobs, but infrastructure projects undertaken by Beluzi serve to benefit the surrounding communities.
Beluzi employs over 1000 people across its operations, which is likely to double in the future. Since the labour force is provided with training on the job, Mozambicans have an opportunity to gain valuable skills and upskill themselves over time, increasing their career prospects going forward.
As communities find themselves in a better financial position, this spurs on further entrepreneurial opportunities in the villages as the extra buying power of the employees brings demand for goods and services.
